  • 30-day money back guarantee

    Chase Bliss products come with a 30-day money back guarantee (shipping not included).

    If you are not satisfied with your Chase Bliss product, please contact us via email within 30 business days of receiving your order to receive an RMA form. After you receive your RMA, ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground) to the address provided with the RMA.

    Products sent back to Chase Bliss for return must have a completed RMA form within the shipping box.

    Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packing material to qualify for a refund. Worn or abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

    The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

    Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

    After receiving an RMA form, the customer must return the associated item immediately and it must arrive at our facility within 7 days. Returns may be denied if returned more than 7 days after an RMA is requested.

    Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

    “Scratch and Dent” products are sold as-is and not eligible for refunds.

    For international customers serviced by chasebliss.com, we prepay VAT / import fees and cover 50% of those costs so the pedal arrives at your door without any extra hassle.

  • Non-transferrable limited warranty

    Chase Bliss warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, Chase Bliss will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the one year warranty has expired, Chase Bliss can repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.


    Limits of liability

    In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Chase Bliss will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Chase Bliss be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Chase Bliss disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.


    Exclusions

    This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by Chase Bliss. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.


    How to obtain service under this warranty

    Contact Chase Bliss through email, warranty@chasebliss.com, for Return Authorization and information. Proof of original ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.

    Chase Bliss Audio LLC (“Chase Bliss”) does not sell customer information such as email addresses or telephone numbers to third parties. We maintain customer phone numbers in our own records only so that we can contact you. We do no “direct telemarketing” by telephone, and we will not offer your name and phone number to any company that does. Like other companies in our industry, we periodically send out news and offers via email to customers who have purchased our products and/or signed up to receive promotions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you information about Chase Bliss Audio and related information. If you ever want to stop receiving communications from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in our email, and we will remove you from our newsletter subscriber list.
